Josephine Lesiamon

Josephine has worked on maternal, newborn, and child health projects among the Maasai Pastroialist community in Kajiado since 2007. She has basic training in community health nursing and midwifery. She has also practiced clinical medicine and holds a higher diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery with a specialty in Pediatrics. She has a degree in Health Systems Management and an affiliated certificate in Epidemiology from the University of Nairobi. She is currently supporting a TRAction-funded equity case study investigating access to and use of health facilities for delivery in Kenya.  You can read more about the case study by clicking here.
